Excellent customer service at Horsham nothing is too much trouble & they are really helpful. Michael & Charlotte recently helped me purchase a new phone & transfered everything over for me hassle free! Thank you. All the staff at Horsham phone shop are lovely.

Always happy t see me even though am a pain in butt with sometimes weird issues.Always helpfull n have time.Only once in god,knows how meny years have they not been able t solve a issue bit after going into Central London t nearest Samsung outpost, thay couldn't solve issue either!!!Keep doin what ya do you boffin techy heads???

My husband and I bought two mobiles this afternoon and the service received from the young salesman Josh could not have been better. Highly professional yet very pleasant and he transferred all our details from our old mobiles. Great service and highly recommended.

I went to Tesco Broadbridge Heath today, Bank holiday Monday, to purchase a phone. I needed a no frills, easy to use, good value deal.Sam, the manager was very competent, knowledgeable, had LOTS of patience and was able to give me a 100% attention, and I felt as if I was the only customer in the shop, which I wasn't!So good to go shopping: find the right product, sold to the correct person, by a competent and professional salesperson.Well done Sam and I hope Tesco recognize your qualities.
