TH Baker in Horsham is a magical store. Anton and Matt?s customer service and attention to detail are exceptional. There?s no pressure to buy, allowing you to browse the beautiful quality watches and jewellery without feeling rushed. I purchased the watch of my dreams and it was made even more memorable than I could have hoped. Every visit feels special.

This is our favourite jewellers! Anton and Bethany always go above and beyond to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are professional and kind and you never feel pressured. The new shop is gorgeous too. We have purchased many items over the years, most recently a gift for my mother?s 70th! They made the process so seamless and fun- an utter pleasure. We wouldn?t go anywhere else for our special items. Thank you Bethany and Anton and team! X

We bought my engagement ring and both our wedding rings here and were very impressed by the service. We were served by Liam and always asked for him on any return visits as he is very personable, professional, and an all-round pleasure. He was very helpful with advice on sizing (for two people who never wore rings, this was vital!) and which activities they'd recommend removing my ring for as it's a delicate white gold band.
I went back for wedding day earrings and they'll now be my go to jewellery shop in town. Highly recommend!

We bought a Rado watch via TH Baker online and have had numerous problems with it. The head office team at TH Baker were very unhelpful, so we went to the Horsham branch to see if they could help at allAnton has been fantastic from the start, liaising directly with head office on our behalf and keeping us regularly updated about the status of the watch. His customer service is exceptional.While we've had mixed experiences from TH Baker online and the head office, I would not hesitate to recommend Anton and the Horsham branch

Superb service from Anton.We celebrated our 30th anniversary so we went to TH Baker to see Anton to get something special.Great welcome, super friendly and gave us lots of time and advice. We chose a beautiful Tag watch and we?re even surprised with a bottle of wine as an anniversary gift. Loved every minute.Thanks Anton once again for looking after us so well!

Where to start?Over the years - and it has been years we have brought and had brought for us countless pieces. From 2nd hand to branded to own-label items.Anton who heads up the business along with his fantastic team, most notably Bethany are nothing short of fabulous when it comes to advice and customer service.We are lucky in Horsham to have an array of fantastic jewellers; Bakers is best?
