“Very good, smaller John Lewis, lots of gift ideas. The shop also has clothes and things for the home, like home decor and baby essentials. There is a cafe here too”

“During my visit to the fragrance department at John Lewis, I had the pleasure of meeting Su and Phebs. From the very first moment, they made me feel at ease. Choosing a perfume isn’t always quick for me, but they never rushed the process — instead, they patiently guided me through the options with genuine smiles and an easy, friendly manner.

What stood out the most was how natural and effortless the whole interaction felt. It wasn’t just about finding a scent I liked — it was about enjoying the time spent discovering it together. Their kindness and professionalism turned a regular shopping trip into a truly delightful experience.

A big thank you to Su and Phebs for their warmth and patience. Encounters like this make a simple visit to the store feel special — and that’s something I’ll remember for a long time.”

“Good size petrol station and accompanying "Little Waitrose". Never had to queue here for fuel and the shop is well stocked. Food prices are of course a bit high being that it is a Waitrose but not at Motorway services level.Cash point machine but no car wash or jet wash facilities.Separate and more easily accessible diesel pumps to the rear for HGV/lorries”

“Best co-op I've used in Crawley and Horsham. The price on the shelf is the price you pay, not like Ifield, Bewbush and Maidenbower where the change in prices isn't reflected on the tills until you raise the issue with staff.”

“I use Tesco Express in Redkiln Way because it offers Esso Synergy 99+ petrol which didn't until recently have ethanol added to the fuel. It's kinder to my 50 year old classic car and improves the performance of my daily drive which thrives on high octane fuel.

The only downside is that people on occasion fill their car with petrol and then do a grocery shop blocking the petrol pumps and tying up the serving staff whilst they scan and collect payment. Not well thought out.

If I read the notices correctly the garage / store is closing on the 10th May for redevelopment and will not reopen till September. Let's hope they fix things.”

“Although the roast chickens I went in to buy were sold out, Harry was very helpful in trying to find some half chickens which might have still been in stock. A pleasant and competent member of your staff, he is to be commended on his work ethic and customer service.”

“Small convenience store that has a surprising amount of stock for its size. Useful parking. They stopped selling Green and Blacks and taramasalata so knocked a star off.”

“Great selection for a Tesco extra. But annoying sometimes when only 1 till open. Happy to use self scanning most of the time but sometimes you need them to scan.”
