Just had a wonderful piercing experience at Horsham Superdrug with Laura! She was super patient and really kind with my little girl Phoebe! ?? Highly recommend to anyone taking their children to get their ears pierced!

Utterly pathetic. By far the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. Always slow, prescription NEVER ready, no matter how much notice given, and items frequently unavailable

Chemist/pharmacy.
They won?t wilfully ignore you or treat you poorly, but awareness of customers is severely lacking. Zero critical thinking. Lights are on, but genuinely no one home.

I booked a flu jab two weeks ago. I went in today and waited 30 minutes in the que only to be told they are not doing the flu jab! Why allow online bookings? Would it not be common courtesy to send a notification to say you are not doing the jab.... You did have all my contact details when I made the booking. Was an absolute shambles in there today.

Seems a common issue with most pharmacies but they just aren't efficiently run and it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone so it means multiple trips just to collect a prescription.

Outstanding service from Chirag, Philippa and the team.
Despite calling my GP practice early, the triage team didn't feel my acute sinus pain was worth their time and wouldn't see me. They suggested I visit a pharmacy in town. I went to the chemist with the big blue sign, who according to their screens offer a plethora of instore and online health care. I was offered a consultation and waited. However an operative came out, asked me my symptoms and then advised to go home and self-medicate.
I'm beginning to think that as a 60 year old man I'm pretty dispensible - "if he dies, he dies".
Then I popped into Superdrug, saw a delightful assistant (Philippa), explained my situation and she immediately offered a consultation - 10 minutes later I'm sat down with Chirag (sorry if I've got the spelling wrong) who goes through a comprehensive and caring consultation, gives me lots of useful information and prescribes an antibiotic which I picked up 10 minutes later.
Amazing service. Thank you.

Nice team and greatly improved service in past few months - not sure if any remaining issues are at GP's end or pharmacy end of process.... but nothing too terrible.

I've been using this store on and off for years, I don't use the pharmacy but mostly the baby/child/toiletries.Last few visits over the last month, very friendly young girl and guy on the till (who had nails much nicer than mine!), I never have my card so just search it on the till via my email. No drama whatsoever.Only trouble I've had is getting around it with a pram while busy/getting to the vitamins and such nearer the pharmacy when there's a lot of people waiting.Also, do they not do the GOSH make up anymore?! ? I used to love that!

This pharmacy needs a major organizational restructuring.They are not organised at all, probably due to low staffing which I think is same everywhere but they need a system to cater the customer in a prompt manner.Queue is always long, they don?t keep track of orders and prescriptions.The vaccinator is also the person to attend orders of customers which delays people further who needs vaccines.Hope this gets sorted

Pharmacy really let me down. Went in for antibiotics on Wednesday was told they weren?t in stock and they?ll order them in and will arrive Thursday but to come after lunch. Arrived after lunch Thursday to be told they hadn?t come in. Left them my number to call me when they came in. Saturday morning I called at 9.25 to be told the pharmacy team weren?t in yet but are supposed to be in by 9. Went in at 12.30 to be told antibiotics still hadn?t arrived. At least let me know so I have the option to go elsewhere. Really poor service and clearly no interest in the job if they can?t be there in time to open up.
