I've been using this store on and off for years, I don't use the pharmacy but mostly the baby/child/toiletries.Last few visits over the last month, very friendly young girl and guy on the till (who had nails much nicer than mine!), I never have my card so just search it on the till via my email. No drama whatsoever.Only trouble I've had is getting around it with a pram while busy/getting to the vitamins and such nearer the pharmacy when there's a lot of people waiting.Also, do they not do the GOSH make up anymore?! ? I used to love that!

I booked a flu jab two weeks ago. I went in today and waited 30 minutes in the que only to be told they are not doing the flu jab! Why allow online bookings? Would it not be common courtesy to send a notification to say you are not doing the jab.... You did have all my contact details when I made the booking. Was an absolute shambles in there today.

This pharmacy needs a major organizational restructuring.They are not organised at all, probably due to low staffing which I think is same everywhere but they need a system to cater the customer in a prompt manner.Queue is always long, they don?t keep track of orders and prescriptions.The vaccinator is also the person to attend orders of customers which delays people further who needs vaccines.Hope this gets sorted

Pharmacy really let me down. Went in for antibiotics on Wednesday was told they weren?t in stock and they?ll order them in and will arrive Thursday but to come after lunch. Arrived after lunch Thursday to be told they hadn?t come in. Left them my number to call me when they came in. Saturday morning I called at 9.25 to be told the pharmacy team weren?t in yet but are supposed to be in by 9. Went in at 12.30 to be told antibiotics still hadn?t arrived. At least let me know so I have the option to go elsewhere. Really poor service and clearly no interest in the job if they can?t be there in time to open up.

The pharmacy service is terrible. I ordered something online for collection, paid £20 and went to collect it the next day after I got a email saying it would be available to pick up after 12pm. They hadn?t recieved anything, didn?t have anything in stock at all and couldn?t tell me when the next delivery would be. I would understand if they had told me it wasn?t ready yet and to come back later, but they didn?t. Didn?t offer me any help at all, just told me to start a live chat on the Online Doctor service to get my money back. It also states on the service that if the prescription is not available you will be notified. I did not receive anything, a phone call or an email. A complete waste of time. What is the point of having an online doctor service?

Great service today-looking for a gift for a family member and the girl on the perfume counter went the extra mile to help me. Unfortunately didn?t get her name but I really appreciated it and thought it was worth a mention!

Terrible pharmacy, the pharmacist was rude and refused to dispense medicine prescribed by my GP even though he had it in stock.

Shop is always clean and well stocked however, one member of staff made my mother and I very uncomfortable. It started off with a simple ?can i help you with anything?? to which i politely declined as we were just having a look around. They then began to follow us quite closely around the shop. Then another comment ?you?ve been here for like 40 minutes, you sure you don?t need help?? to which we just felt was a bit unnecessary as we were just having a chat and browsing. Shortly after a third comment followed ? have you got nothing better to do with your day than be here?? I thought this was highly unnecessary as we were just trying to have a nice mother daughter day with no time restrictions. I understand they may not want to be there but it is unprofessional to make others feel uncomfortable.

Really bad service. My partner booked a flu jab about a month ago in Horsham as she works for the NHS. Website allowed her to do it and still allows bookings. However when she turned up the lady at the pharmacy counter said they did not do them anymore and said must be a head office mistake. She mentioned that she Wasn't happy with the way the lady spoke to her as she had made the journey to have the jab with little apology about failure to deliver the service as agreed.

I appreciate that the pharmacy is under immense pressure as two other pharmacies have closed. However, please update your website to say you need at least 5 working days to fill a prescription from GP especially as parking charges apply at Swan Walk. However, a walk in Customer was told to wait for 30 minutes for their prescription. Disorganised

Firstly I like to apologise for trying to be a customer at your pharmacy. Thank you to the blonde hair lady who obviously doesn't enjoy her job. How dare you snatch my prescription show no interest or give advice when asking a question and make me feel like an inconvenience for bringing you a prescription.Thank God I don't have a mental health issue because you made us feel like I shouldn't be here. YOUR IN A JOB TO HELP PEOPLE, SERVING CUSTOMER IS A BIG PART OF YOUR JOB. My advice is either change your job or your attuide.

So impressed with the excellent service I received at the pharmacy this evening. After phoning around trying to find somewhere that had antibiotics in stock for my Daughter they couldn?t have been more helpful, said to go straight down & dispensed my daughter?s prescription within 5 minutes while I waited. A far cry from the usual ?come back in an hour? procedure which has been my experience at all other pharmacies recently. Thank you both so much for your professionalism & help, it?s much appreciated.

Staff are so so so rude here !, They literally talk about you to each other as if your deaf lol , no wonder the turnover is so vast
