Did not make no refund policy clear at time of purchase. Really disappointing customer service when trying to resolve.

Went to Sports direct today around 5pm. I was looking for football boots for my son. When we about to go downstairs a man just came and say we are closed. I wasn't happy with the service why not check on your customers when you that you are about to close.

Went to Sports Direct yesterday to look for a few bits. I had a good and bad experience with staff… A kind man with an accent who was at the front of the store helped me reach the jumpers.
