Well yet again good old Specsavers in Horsham had over a week to sort my new glasses out to be told this morning going to be another five days as delayed why not phone me to save me going into store I am pretty sure they knew this before my appointment to pick up today so don't take five minutes to call and explain the situation

A very positive shopping experience for workstation glasses. I've never had them before. I've worn varifoculs for several years and found they weren't suitable for computer work.How workstation glasses work was all clearly explained to me and they were patient when I rang back in to clarify distance. Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service from everyone at SpecSavers Horsham branch - in particular: Cynthia, Stacey and Amar.Cynthia was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, as was Stacey. As a data worker, I've been having a lot of eyestrain recently and in conversation Stacey/Cynthia recommended the extra OCT eye test (£10). I learnt/saw a lot of interesting information that I'd normally not have at other eye screening... all explained very clearly and thoughtfully by Amar, who was very reassuring about the condition of my eyes/eyesight.Due an existing health condition, I need to look after my eyesight and feel 100% reassured by the advice I was given and the quality of my eye test today!Well done ?

Truly awful experience, having worked in optics for 30 years i know what i'm talking about, had a recheck and still the specs are unusable, every time i went into the shop , a massive wait despite having an appointment, after my recheck i was with the d.o for 40 minutes, 35 of which she spent at the frame heater adjusting the frame which already had been tried by her manager. During the recheck the optom had no note of my previous prescription (so couldn't tell how much it had changed), the problems with the prescription could happen to anyone but the awful service and lack of training was the biggest disappointment, noone minds people running late but be apologetic about it (it's called customer service) also i had to watch someone adjust a little girls glasses without having looked at how they fitted behind the ear, no doubt they'll have to go back. I'll never go to another Specsavers as they're only interested in volume of customers and not any quality of service, which is why there's such a high turnover of staff because they don't train them properly, the staff look jaded and miserable.

Superb detailed Eye test. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good service. Fitting on collection was thorough. Glasses have been comfortable and stylish straight away. I have had many compliments, an added bonus ??

Specsavers make it cheaper to buy new frames when I would rather reuse my old frames. How can that be logical or ecological? As a pensioner I don't have the luxury being able to afford to pay extra to put new lenses in my old frames, so I had to buy exactly the same frame again to save money. That's crazy! I'd only worn them a year and now they will join the huge pile of specs I put into the recycling box in store.

Had an arranged appointment for the first time as new to the area. Arrived, not knowing what to do. Staff were rude, unhelpful and suggested unhelpful advice. Left the appointment before being seen by an opthalmologist. Extremely disappointed as I've used Specsaves in the past, in Caterham, and have had a completely different experience. Think this branch needs serious training in basic customer service and be aware of the laws surrounding woman's rights when pregnant and reasonable adjustments.

Great eye test with improved customer service. Just thought the range of eye wear was boring and all much the same. Could do with livening up the choice.

Picked up new glasses 3weeks ago,made appointment for vision/fit to be altered ,very pleased with member of staff who adjusted them for me so that vision better.Excellent service,very knowledgeable.

A routine eye test resulted in a referral to the eye clinic at East Surrey hospital which has been investigated and some underlying medical conditions treated. The optician's thoroughness and professionalism has left me extremely thankful.

3 times we been asked for appointment for eye test and staff didn't help for that. Also they are attitude was so rude. Disappointed.
