Had my hair cut here for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience! I was nervous going to a new hairdressers but the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing and my haircut is exactly what I wanted with the extra perk of my hair now being super soft. Loved the whole experience thank you, especially Jessie!

I was very nervous (I've had quite a few disasters) about finding a new hairdresser on my return to the UK.I chose Silkx and Lisa cut my hair, she did a fantastic job, the best cut I've ever had, I will definitely be going back!The whole experience was good, very nice atmosphere, lovely friendly team ? highly recommended.Service: Curly hair

Pleasant staff, always well mannered and listen to what you want. I always come out with a lovely cut and colour done by Abbie. Services are also reasonably priced.

Karen has been cutting my hair for YEARS. It's always a treat to come to the salon and without exception, all of her team are skilled in what they do. Last week I came in for a blow dry ahead of a family wedding. Emma did a truly amazing job. The curls and waves stayed all day and evening and still looked good the next day. Hands down the best blow dry I have ever had; wish my hair could look like that all the time!Service: Hairstyling

Unbelievably happy with my hair. I have never had anything done to my hair, other than a cut and blow dry.I have been going to Silk and Karen has managed my hair for nearly two decades and I finally decided to have highlights.I was not disappointed.Beforehand, I was a little bit worried about the process and bleaching of my hair but Abbie is a true professional. I?ve been attending this salon since last year; Karen consistently cuts to a high standard and I am more than happy each time I have left the place. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, so the experience is enjoyable on top of merely attending the routine hair cut.

Jade cut my hair today.I am very dissapointed with the cut. We discussed what I want before she washed and cut my hair and I even showed her a photo. She agreed to cutting my hair to my preferred style but what I got was completely different from what we discussed.I have been having my hair cut in this style for years now and now my hair is much shorter and not what I expect.I believe that if Jade was unable to cut my hair to my expectations, she should have said this and we could have worked around a more personalised style for me.The results left me feeling less confident and utterly disappointed. I paid £36 and feel like i was completely ripped off for the style my hair was cut in was not what I expected or discussed with her prior to cutting my hair .Service: Hairstyling

I love my appointments with Will. I have thinning hair and for a woman in her early 30s, this made me very self conscious and upset. Will gave me a fantastic cut and recommended styling tips, he gave me so much confidence and made me feel comfortable talking about a subject that is very personal to me. I have had so many compliments on how thick my hair looks since! Thank you Will, you are a true star!
