Nice garage clean and tidy and the staff are very pleasant and courteous I only got tobacco and milk rizla. But I passed by the drink section and there was about 25 to 30 different types of drinks there and the crisps section and that was my journey to shell

It's after 10am. There's cones in front so you can't fuel up, shop inside is dark, all fridges with food inside are dark too. Shop closed but shelves outside open with adblue and screen wash. The tyre inflator is not working. People walking around are confused about what is going on. There is no sign at the door.

I tried to return an amazon purchase twice, and both times I was told their storage is full. Once requested to come in 3 days, second time just refusing to take it. Thus lost my opportunity to return the item, as canceling this location made the return of item not possible. Extremely bad service and lack of care. It should not be listed as an amazon collection point.

Called in for fuel and some snacks on way back from collecting family from Gatwick.
I can honestly say the man serving made my day!! Such a happy, charming, helpful man. I left the shop on cloud 9 which sounds silly but I couldn't stop smiling. We all waved at him as we drove off and he waved back. I have told my friends and family who will hopefully visit there and experience it themselves. The lady assistant - Mrs Amazon, as he called her, was also smiling and happy to help. Good service is not rocket science but it might as well be nowadays as it's so rare.

I tried the front door, which was closed. As no one was around, I walked up to the door, hoping to trigger the camera inside to get the attendant?s attention. When this didn?t work, I moved along the window, looking in but still couldn?t see anyone. I knocked on the window, but no one appeared. I became impatient as no one came to the service window. I called out ?hello? through the service point by putting my head under the slide drawer where you can pay and receive your goods when the doors are locked. I did this several times, getting louder each time.
To my shock, a male employee finally got up from a sitting position some way back from the service desk, looking like he was sitting on the floor with his mobile phone in hand. He was not wearing earphones, which aggravated me further as he clearly heard me knocking and calling. His demeanor, lack of eye contact, and minimal communication were shocking and rude, as if I had disturbed his time.

I regularly use the little Waitrose at hop past . Sherrin has impressed me enormously with his incredibly cheerful helpfulness, as has Veroni!However there are nowhere near as many bargains as there used to be!

I used the Costa machine, asked for a large mocha and it only gave me a regular, I informed a staff member and all he wanted to do was refund me, I wanted a large as I was going to be driving a long distance as I am a hgv driver in the end I just took the drink and left customer service was appalling would bother to use them again.

Just spent the last half an hour knocking on the window for staff to allow me to use the pump. Lights all on and no staff member to be seen. We also beeped and no luck. Unacceptable promoting as 24 hour if staff are in the back , god knows if they were sleeping
