Surly staff, rude and unhelpful. I tried twice on two different occasions to do an Amazon return. They are meant to be a Amazon drop off point. The first time I tried I was told, they couldnt accept my return as they'd sealed the returns bag for the day!! They're a 24 hour service station, the second time I was told the scanner that scans the QR code had ran out of battery! I live in a small village in the middle of nowhere. Aviod if possible, as I said earlier...lazy rude and surly staff.

The store is clean and tidy. The fresh items looked far from fresh and the selection was poor. Finally it's a Co-op and the same items were well over 10% cheaper at the Co-op in London Road just over a mile away.

Pulled up at 0320 to fill up before a trip abroad only to be waved away. no reason given. NOT to be relied upon as a 24hr service station and this isn't the first time either.Thank you for your reply, I have contacted Shell over two weeks ago, still waiting for an answer though.

Pulled into the garage at 320am before starting my shift to be waved over by attendant.System update means no fuel til 415am........every day until 30th september.Looks like i will be going elsewhere in future.All shell garages affected apparently as a closed sign would be better information!

The first of two She?ll stations in Horsham I tried to get fuel from today. Totally run out of all fuel! You?ve got one job guys, to sell fuel?come on.

Many thanks to all the staff at Broadbridge Shell for the superb job they all did together getting a large number of fuel seeking motorists swiftly and efficiently onto the forecourt, queued up for the pump, and then handled quickly at the tills. It was very impressive and something many other filling stations could learn from.

Site was very clean and tidy. When I entered the site pumps were very clean and gloves were available to use. Easy access and staff were very friendly and professional. Inside the shop all products were fully stock and were looking very nice. Moreover toilet was in a sparkling condition, I have never seen toilets this clean toilet in any of the fuel stations. I am very satisfied, enjoying and privilege to visit this store!
