Visited the store today for weekly shopping and fuel. Your Web site says all is open. However the petrol forecourt is closed and the store is only taking cash. After an hour of waiting round, still not taking cards. Why don't uou us the Internet to let people know. This is not the first time. 2 weeks ago the freezers and fridges were off, no comment again on your Web site.

Got very expensive. Traffic in car park chaotic, partly due to the free 2 hour parking

I remember when this used to be a health centre. It's not a health centre anymore, but you can buy healthy things and probably in the centre of the shop too so it kind of is like a health centre if you think about it like that.I highly recommend.

Good range of products at a reasonable price. Nectar pricing is helpful.

Visited yesterday evening for the first time in a while. Checkout area now is absolute hell! You've got rid of most of your manned checkouts and don't even have anyone on the ones that still remain so all that we're left with is those god awful self service machines. Not fit for purpose if you're buying lots of items and the area is no where near big enough when it's busy. Stick some people on you're tills and stop being so greedy. Been shopping here for years and won't be back.

Car park is always very busy. The store itself does exactly what it should do.

New car parking measures of 2hrs max and no facility to pay for extra or grace apparently. Between Argos then Sainsbury?s low staff levels on the new year I?ve got a lovely fine to look forward too.

3 stars due to parking situation. Since they have gone to 2 hours free parking, without having to buy anything from their store, parking can be tricky. Everyone uses their car park to go in to town, putting me off going to shop at Sainsbury's if I have no other business to do in town center. Will be going to Tesco from now on, despite it being 5 minutes further for us.

They use a terrible parking system, was going shopping and was in there for a hour trying to find stuff I need, a week later I get a fine saying I was there for over a hour. It clearly says that there is free parking for upto one hour as seen in photos, Try to avoid going to this sainsburys unless you want to have a ticket (only found out about the 2 hour free parking after paying the fine)

It's a supermarket, and if you're reading this, you probably know what they tend to be like. This is such a supermarket. We shop there! The loos are clean! The aisles are adequately wide! The signage uses letters! And so on. Its main flaw is the tendency for the underground car park to flood, a fact which for some reason I'm telling you about. You'll now take one of the regrettably finite dry spaces. I'm an idiot. You know what? Forget it. They're fine.
