Visited at 11:00 on Saturday, ordered a hot chocolate and tuna melt. Sat down with the drink. No sign of the melt even though I was keeping an eye out. FInally asked for it and it was nowhere to be seen. By this time I had finished the drink, so demanded a refund for the missing tuna melt. No idea who took my food.
Pretty awful service. Don't like the additional tables - makes the place feel over-crowded. Think I will stick to Trading Post now.

I go to Pret in Horsham nearly every day for coffee and food. I find all the staff very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much for any of them. They ask how ur day is going and are genuinely all round lovely people. They make me feel so welcome each time I go in. I really enjoy my daily visit to pret and look forward to many more visits

Rebecka and her team are SIMPLY THE BEST!! I go to many Pret coffee shops around the South East and this is by far the friendliest and most efficient.

If you wish to drink no taste coffee from paper mug and eat cake without any plate using paper fork Pret A Manger is the best place to do it.Do not think that you can wash your hands before eating us ALL the toilets are not in use!!!The last thing if you want to get cold the air conditioning will do it for you in this lovely place.Horrible place!!!!!

Much the same as any other Pret, food was good as was the coffee.Marked down on service as it was loud, and tables not cleaned.Facilities were clean.

The sofa has been broken for months. Please either remove it or mend it. Also gents toilet seat is broken (has been for months).Vegetarian options: Mushroom bagette was not nice

Rebecka, Lanka and the other staff make the best frothy coffee in town and are always putting the customer first. They remember your order amd create a friendly atmosphere, putting all other coffee shops to shame.

Latte and cappucino were tepid, had to get staff to remake , also the original cappucino was a latte with chocolate on top, no milk foam . Then the tables were unstable with one leg shorter than the others , needed to put cardboard under a table corner or the drinks would spill. Would have bought a baguette, but they appeared uncooked ( relative to other Prets we have been in) tables around were left cluttered and we had to clear our own and wipe it down ourselves.

Absolutely fantastic service. The food and drinks were served to perfection. Olivia was so polite and cheerful. Will definitely be returning in the very near future.
