Is a Central Hotel. It's good value. Service is good but some of the rooms are falling to bits. Air Con did not work on our first room and the bathroom fan packed up on the second. This is a conversion of the old Waitrose store which has now moved to a larger joint unit with John Lewis.Walkability: Very central to town centre.Opposite multi storey.

This has got to be the worst stay I have ever had! A noise tink tink tink, band for almost 6 hours! When I confronted the woman she said it?s my problem! My check out is in 5 hours and I can?t sleep.

Stayed at this location before and it is modern and clean. However this weekend I booked a hotel for the wrong day and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was a very rude lady who refused to help with amending the booking or cancelling it because ? she couldn?t be bothered because it was late ?We persisted to ask for help and show her proof of the booking and this lady began to get aggressive with us.Regarding the booking in question I have tried multiple times today to contact them via phone however I have had no reply due to ? no one available to speak to you ?. This is alot of money wasted and terrible customer service to go alongside it.

Decent place that met my needs. Stayed for 7 days for a work visit. Rooms are your basic hotel experience. I woke up in a sweat multiple times during the night, every night. Basic cable channels, nothing special entertainment wise, which is fine because there is plenty to do around the town. Service was excellent, though. We were able to get checked in earlier due to a long flight from the US. I had the breakfast each day I was there and I had no complaints. I did not try the dinner, although my colleges tried and said it was good. Overall, it's a place to sleep, even if it's not the best sleep. Quiet, no issues with noise. Central location to town made it easy to get to work each day and to various places around town.

Fantastic stay at the weekend in Premier Inn. Amazing welcome at the desk from lady I think named Juliette, very smiley patient and receptive to questions. Thank you for your polite help. Room was spotless and cleaned to perfection with nice towels folded etc. Would recommend if anyone wants to stay in

Wow! Where do I even begin? Possibly the worst experience I?ve ever had at a hotel? my ?stay? at this Premier Inn begun very well, the room looked clean and spacious, dinner was lovely and I had just begun to drift off when I felt something jump on my face. At first I thought I was wrong and begun to search the room, this took all of 5 seconds before I saw the bug on the wall?I?m not unreasonable if this were a fly, moth, spider or even ant I would have understood that sometimes these things happen, this however did not look like any of the above and so my worry grew, bed bugs? Carpet beetles? I?m not entirely sure, which is why I have attached photos from some of the videos I took to later show reception. From the photos I?ve taken it was clear that these were carpet beetles or bed bugs? (the larvae in the carpet would also suggest this) I?ve never packed my things so quickly! Knowing that carpet beetles can travel home with you because of the larvae in fabric was obviously a concern, so I left the room (407) still in my pyjamas. When I arrived at reception in the middle of the night the receptionist apologised and explained that sometimes pets can bring bugs in? Not quite sure if dogs carry carpet beetles, but I?m not a specialist? anyway they offer to find another room, I was hesitant and agree to check the room whilst leaving my belongings at reception. I arrived in the new room now on the first floor and was in this room no longer than a minute or two, I checked the carpets and from what I could see there was also what appeared to be dead larvae in this carpet. I informed reception who then asked for the videos I had showed them so that they could be passed onto the manager. After informing reception I decided that another room would be pointless as it seemed that there would be no guarantee that I wouldn?t be sharing my room with bugs and I didn?t want to carry anything home with me. With this in mind I decided to that I had to leave the hotel and take the long drive home. The purpose of my visit was a work trip and so leaving meant a long drive home followed by a long drive back to Horsham in the morning for work, this was the better option when compared with sharing my room with bugs.A report from the pest control that had visited the hotel after my stay was later sent to me. The notes from the hotel were insulting to say the least, it suggested that I had ?taken a photo of a moth located in the second room? and had taken ?several pictures of various insects dead and alive found in room 407?. A moth? For reference the photos are attached to the review so please make your own judgement on that. The report did indicate that there was a beetle and carpet beetle found, however the most worrying part was that the rooms had been ?clear? when checked and were ready to be placed back online?Stay here at your own risk! I still feel itchy thinking about it?.

When you have been in the road all day a good choice of food is essential. The menu is lacking choice.Rooms: Same as any other Premier InnWalkability: Excellent town location and adjacent to a car park that was well priced for overnight parking.Food & drinks: Lacking a good choice of food

It's a new building, so it's still nice and clean. Rooms and bathrooms are big, comfortable, well insulated from noise and in good conditions, although the bathroom already needed some minor maintenance.Location is perfect for Horsham center and it's ten minutes away on foot from train station.Room cleaning is "on demand" and windows cannot be opened, so whatever gets in... stays in.
