Melanie at Premier ( Horsham Nortj) is the perfect person to.welcome you. She was helping another guest move rooms to am Accessible room and didn't need to be carrying the guest s luggage but did so. The hotel doesn't have lifts but is conveniently located next to the railway station and next door to The Beefeater Pub. I understand The Black Jug is also a good pub as is there a decent Chinese next to it. Coming back to the hotel the room could have been aired a little but was perfectly clean. Melanie was truly very helpful and kind and I found her manner to be exceptionally kind and helpful and worthy of mention ! Becky this morning was also kind amd I was glad to be able to leave my suitcase behind when I headed to Court. A good place to stay Melanie certainly deserves recognition and praise by her employers. I interacted more with her so am able to say more and as I say she was also assisting another guest by being as thoughtful as you d want someone to be.Rooms: Room was fine and not at all smelly or stuffy but could have been aired a little

We've stayed in nicer hostels 20 years ago to be honest. I can't believe we were charged £100 for one night. The hotel is tired, grubby and in desperate need of a refurb. Fan in bathroom didn't work, there was no toilet roll it was a dispenser of the square paper like a public toilet. The room was stale and damp smelling. We've stayed in a few premier inns and this is the worst.Food & drinks: The food was fine and staff were friendly, the toilet in the restaurant was absolutely filthy, and this was 7.30am.

30 seconds from train station and 10 minutes into town.Checkin guy is fantastic. On the downside it's right next to the main road and room service only come if you specifically ask them to change towels etc. Even then they leave dirty coffee cups and don't make the bed...Stayed cheaper with better service.

Hit and miss, however, staff save the day with their kindness and understanding. Some rooms need refurbishment and definitely exterior of hotel in dire need of a spruce up but ok if you manage to secure bargain

Clean and perfect location near train station, bus stops and town centre.Staff brilliant. Each shift change over the staff remained consistently professional and friendly.Staff went out of their way, going the extra Mile, providing a little treat bag for us when I made a request for a bath. Incredibly thoughtful.

Rooms are so worn out all you hear at night is people waking around bagging with all the squeaky floorboards. Needs a revamp. Fairly clean down side is if you want your room hotter than 23 degrees then tough as that the max.Rooms: Out dated squeaky floorboards. Other than that the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Standard Premier Inn quality, very nice, but the loveliest staff!

The hotel is worn but the staff were pleasant. There was a guy on reception in the evening who was amazing and very attentive and prompt. The worst experience was the Beefeater Restaurant where dinner and breakfast was served. The staff there are rude, leave you waiting for a long time and have alot of annomisty towards any people of colour who they either direct there aggression too or leave to serve last and give you appalling service. I generally felt like this was like a horrible place with attitudes stuck in time.

A very mixed review iam afraid.First and up most all staff are very helpful and friendly. Doing their very best to keep things ticking over .Alica was wonderful working extremely hard.Meal deal advertised as £24.99 for evening meal and breakfast but when ordering from menu alot of items were extra charge.Room very tired bath top on tap missing.Iam afraid to say they are taking people's money but not investing to keep high standards would rather pay that little bit more for quality of surroundings and a workable bathroom. Will not stay here againJ
