Had a really great experience at the horsham branch today! We found everything we were looking for to set up for our new kittens, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, they went above and beyond and one of the ladies even helped me download the pets at home app so we could get a discount! Would 100% recommend! Thanks guys ??

Stopped by to get supplies for 2 new kittens and can't speak highly enough of the knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff!
Helped us find everything we were after and even prompted us to join the free app to get a bunch of discounts!

Really happy with the support we received here last week. I came in with my son to ask about guinea pigs in the store. I think the person answering our questions was Stefano. He spent a lot of time answering questions and letting my son interact with the guinea pigs. We weren't rushed and we were given time to get the information we needed to make a decision. My son came away very happy.

The staff at Pet?s at Home are so amazing! Especially the young girl at the desk with long dark hair and amazing nails! She is so sweet and kind and helpful. It makes such a difference having someone welcome you warmly and she is just immensely friendly and kind! Great shop, good selection of stuff and amazing staff ?
