I'm a regular customer to Nando's wherever I go, so decided to try this one!
I went on Tuesday, 11th December and Oriane greeted me. She was very friendly and helpful!
I had a few issues with my food (I think this was a one off!) and Zsuzsi went out of her way to personally resolve the issue. I was very impressed and highly recommend coming here!
Oriane & Zsuzsi are both an asset to the team, thank you both!
I will definitely be going back as I'm sure I won't have a problem with the food next time! ?

Brilliant meal in Nando?s Horsham. Made even better by the brilliant Lauren, who was very attentive and made the experience 10x better. Excellent customer service.

Nice place to go for a meal, not too expensive and food is always great and as expected. Staff are friendly and service fairly quick. Perfect location in the centre of Horsham.
Parking: Closest place to park is probably Piries place car park which is a 2 min walk away
Kid-friendliness: Frequently see people with kids here

food was served extremely quickly after we ordered it and was very scrumptious. Charlie easily best server, cleaner, and employee out there. Would recommend if Charlie is on shift.

This really rude Portuguese lady was really awkward and made the experience not enjoyable. But this kind boy charlie was trying to help and this lady wasn?t letting him and made it all a hassle.

Took my daughter to lunch today, couldn?t fault the food or the service. The manager provided excellent customer service and was attentive to our needs, a big thank you to her and her staff.
Certainly be returning in the future.

We have numerous allergies in the family and the restaurant were brilliant. The manager went over the whole menu with us and then went on to cook the food to make sure it was safe to eat.
