We were in town in Horsham this morning and my wife wanted some breakfast. We were in the Swan Walk Shopping Centre and we visited The Muffin Break cafe?. What a BIG MISTAKE! I ordered the full breakfast. After the first bite, I was ready to throw up! It was so cold and awful! I had to take it back! I went up to the counter and put the plate down and told the young man that he was welcome to it as I couldn?t eat it. I said ?It was the worst breakfast I?ve ever had!?. I went back to join my wife at our table. And, silly me, I thought that maybe the manager would come up to me and ask what the problem was and whether they could do anything to make things better. Well, to no avail! They ignored it! I guess they must be used to people complain! Lesson? NEVER GO BACK! I would give them a negative score if I could.

Cold tea because the hot water machine wasn?t on but still proceeded to serve it to me and others. Cold coffee. Poor service and one guy had a bad attitude to the customers. Never returning

Stopped for a cheese and tomato toastie and a coffee - fairly simple. Bread on sandwich was nice but cheese was non existent. Certainly not worth nearly a fiver. Coffee was good if a little over priced but where isn?t in Horsham these days. Staff ok, nothing special, did their job!
Wheelchair accessibility: A few people in wheelchairs and with buggies I notice struggle a little getting to tables.

Excellent cakes and pastry! Only negative is the biscoff cheesecake tasted like it had gone off. Had it before and it's been delicious! Everything else has been superb and this is definitely one of my go-to cafés in Horsham ?? ?

Popped in for tea and cake last week. Really large selection and looked reasonably priced.The person in front got overcharged for a cake and pointed out the price to the server, who got very annoyed that the prices were incorrect on the display.He changed the price for the customer but shouted at his colleague, "How many times have a bloody said to change this, I'm fed up." She changed it, and he continued to shout at her.This is totally unacceptable! And I didn't like what I saw from him towards his staff over something so small. No one deserves to be shouted at at work!We won't return there again.Cake was clearly frozen and thawed out because the icing was very heavy.

A decent pit-stop for coffee and good muffins; BUT (always a 'but') - not very clean tables or floors around where one sits! They need to get on top of the tidying up faster...seems to be taking ages to get tables cleared and cleaned! Will still go there because the blueberry muffins are A1**

Fabulous service, fabulous food, fabulous hot chocolate! There was an issue with the payment/ card machine however this was explained to us and we offered to pay with cash instead, this could have been quite an unpleasant and stressful experience however the staff managed it perfectly, and with kindness. I couldn?t have been happier with the speed of service and the quality of the food. We will definitely return!

This is a great coffee spot in the heart of the shopping centre, amazingly friendly staff, especially great coffee. Had a simple latte which a young barista made for me, and a slice of red velvet which was wonderful, highly recommend.

Good place to stop for a quick bite to eat and drink. Sausage rolls are excellent, as are the mars bar slices! Right in the middle of the Swan walk shopping centre so great for shopping.Parking: Part of the Swan walk shopping centre which has its own car park.
