Tom was outstanding today. I came in looking for a tuxedo, and he guided me through several excellent options. I followed his recommendations and ended up with the perfect tux for my friend?s wedding.
The shop also offered a great selection of other clothing, and I picked up some additional pieces that will help me look sharp for work.
Tom took the time to listen, provided thoughtful guidance, and gave me his full attention throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding ? the team was attentive, polite, and genuinely professional. Even though they were clearly very busy, they still took the time to assist me with patience and care, making sure all my questions were answered. Their friendly attitude and high level of service made me feel truly valued as a customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for both quality and a fantastic customer experience.

The in-store service was good ? staff were efficient, and my suit was ordered quickly. However, I was disappointed when collecting the suit to find it being folded into a paper bag. I asked if it could be placed in a proper suit bag, only to be told I?d need to purchase one separately for £8.
After spending nearly £300, I would expect a suit carrier to be included as standard ? it?s a basic part of presentation and protection. Every other suit shop I?ve used has provided one as part of the service, so this felt quite disappointing.

My brother, father, and I collectively spent over £1,700 on tuxedos from this store. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The very first time I wore my jacket, a button fell off. I informed the store, and they offered to make the repair. I dropped off the jacket with a white silk pocket square in the pocket; however, when I collected it, the pocket square was missing. I contacted the manager, who sided with the tailor and was unwilling to resolve the issue.
Additionally, my father requested sleeve alterations to his jacket. He was told the work had been done, but upon collection, it was clear that no alterations had been made. Overall, the service has fallen well below expectations, particularly given the price point.

I just wanted to say thank you to Isaiah from the Horsham store for his outstanding customer service. I had some suits I needed to order for a wedding - 8 in total and he was so patient in sizing up all of my groomsmen and then providing me with top notch advice on the best way to get hold of the different sizes we needed- we had guys on both ends of the sizing spectrum and in between. He was great at ordering some from other stores, some from online and others his store already had, he really went the extra mile to secure the right sizes we needed despite some of the original measured sizes being out of stock. He showed clear professionalism and depth of knowledge to secure suits that fit and handled resizing needed where necessary, sizing up or down into other cuts to fit with the stock availability. This took a massive weight off my shoulders and in the middle of wedding planning it was really needed to trust someone completely - not usually the case from high street suit sellers who can often see you as as a number - here I was made to feel like a person that mattered.
Thank you Isaiah and keep up the top work! You've got great style too.

First class. I?m used to bespoke suits in The City but recently retired and poorer than I?m used to I had one made here. It is first class and 2/3 of the price of one in London. What was especially impressive was the fantastic service I got from the two lads behind the counter. Professional, cheerful and friendly.

Popped in to hire a kilt. Was quick and pretty straightforward. It would have been good if they?d had some kilts to try (just to see what they look like on). Also it would have been better if they?d had actual swatches of the fabrics as they only had small sample pictures in a magazine. Bizarrely they had printed ones that were not available, very strange. The price was good though and overall it was a good experience. The lad that served us explained everything clearly and helped with sizing. I think it would help the staff if they were given iPads or similar to record the information on as he kept having to leave us to go back to the till computer. Whilst this was fine as it wasn?t busy I imagine that would be quite stressful if they had a busy day.

I was going to rate their service 2 starts as when Myself and best man visited, the staff who attended of the initial visit and the second visit just could not be bothered to help.The reason for one star is that when I returned the suit I was charged £20 for being 2 days late. A late penalty charge was not mentioned also in the email advice to return a penalty was not mentioned either. This is a lovely trick to con Moss Bros customers. My best man is also returning his suit today and he will also be fined another £20 so £40 fine!! . I would of returned the suit earlier but my new wife and I went on a 2 day break after the wedding.
