Lousy advertising from M&S. I would have asked in store but there was no shop assistance. A cheap store.

Turned up today and found bureau de change removed despite advertised on website for Horsham store. Told it had never come back after pandemic but used it in May this year over the counter euros. Told Post Office only did click and collect. Untrue, went there and got my euros over the counter.What nonsense M&S.

It's not a Bureau De Change and shouldn't be advertised as this. It's an order online and collect. Also only option was to collect the following day when I tried at 12 noon.
