The Post Office at this store is extremely unreliable. I went today only to be told that ?they couldn?t do that ? it was an overseas large letter which I had weighed and put on the declaration and it simply needed to be paid for ?. Very poor !!!

Very lucky to have this shop in the local neighbourhood. The store presentation is fantastic, the staff are all excellent and very friendly and attentive. The prices for a lot of staples are competitive versus the big supermarkets. I prefer shopping here to the local Waitrose. I notice that a few other reviews have criticised the Post Office part of the operation, but I?ve always found this to be a very positive experience too. Yes there have been restrictions on international deliveries but this is entirely down to Royal Mail and not anything this store has any control over. So a clear 5 out of 5 for me!

I come here almost every day after school its great but can be a bit pricey in some place especially American sweets. Its really close to me and just a nice place. Also all the staff are really nice

If you need to post internationally, do not go there. They are no longer accepting international items, some convoluted story about cyberattacks, manpower and resources. I simply wanted to post a small parcel abroad which I had done from there for quite a few years now. Suggest they rename it on Google to 'Post Office (UK only)' so it is not misleading, resulting in a wasted journey like mine. I went to Coltsfoot Drive afterwards, a friendly post office with full service and picked up some other stuff from their shop as well.

Don?t rely on the Post Office counter. Their computer system often seems to be on the blink, as was the case when I visited today.

My excellent local store, having it less than 2 mins from my doorstep has been a blessing. Recently refitted and very smart with great stock range and very helpful staff. Great offers; post office for cash withdrawals + postage and the best vape/e-cigarette stock of anywhere outside of town centre. Easy free parking access as well. Absolutely sets the benchmark for how good smaller stores can be!
