Want to open an Under 19 account for a 12 year old...cannot open online and bank closes at 3.30pm! Next Sat appointment 4 weeks away! Why can't they open later at least one day in the week. New Smart account not available as I haven't got the right account for it to apply to us.....sorry I thought 40 years loyalty might mean something!

Agree with all negative reviews in this branch.We are reliable customers from 6 years and any time that I come in,I don?t feel comfortable,downstairs no one smile and looked me like I am a thief ?BUT???The solution is here:I had a big problem related with my old business and I called lloyds call center and asked to have a appointment with some professional in this branch and can explain clearly what I have to do (I asked many times informations at the reception but I think most of their employees,don?t know what is the currently days,meaning useless).I was been served by Helen Ellis (14/03/22 at 13:30) and patiently she dedicated me one hour.She called the right department,investigated for me and finally I had a clear picture on my mind for what I have to do.Basically she rescued me,my name today is still clean (no recorded in the black list) thanks to her.High recommend to ask her in your future appointments.Thank you Helen.

Lloyds of Horsham is the worst bank in Sussex. Useless and rude staff. Outdated premises. Impossible to contact in case of emergency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had been with lloyds for 15 years, went in to set up a new joint account and the lady was so rude and unhelpful I walked out and switched all my accounts over to Natwest including setting up the new one. A lot of hassle for me but she annoyed me so much I did it anyway. Not good, lost a customer who would never have looked elsewhere had her attitude just been better.

Staff are poorly trained on their own services. I had forgot the pin to my card and the staff said there was nothing to do but try the numbers I thought it was, resulting in me being locked out of my card. Only after I was locked out did I go on the app and see there is an option to view your pin.

Just tried to sort a banking problem out and I felt very unwelcome. The lady behind the desk was very off with me and their customer service was terrible. Left me feeling very upset and that it was mine fault!
