Just moving into a property which needed some interior decoration work completed prior. Was initially told carpets being replaced throughout the property. The kitchen was covered in protective sheets which we were not allowed to see properly. We were reassured the kitchen was not being replaced but being refurbished to a good standard. When we viewed the property the day before moving in after the decorators had completed their work, we found that only upstairs carpets had been replaced and the kitchen is in very poor condition with damage and being held together in some areas with tape. There are other multiple, maintenance issues throughout that will need resolving. Georgia was professional, polite and friendly but there was lack of information to manage expectations. If Landlords are paying for a service to a company to manage their property to a good standard, this not what we have experienced as they seemed to be more focused on turning them around to get the tenants in as quickly as possible.

Repeatedly ignoring my calls and emails regarding a rented properties they manage. There's a tree on that property that's overgrown onto mine. And, the fence is broken. I first reported the problems in October 2023. I'm still waiting for Leaders to address them.

Georgia H at the Horsham office has been absolutely lovely! She was very prompt in contacting me (I believe it was less than an hour after I'd submitted my interest to view a property) and she made the entire process incredibly smooth, which was a weight off my shoulders. Property maintenance is awful . Staff hide behind computers and avoid direct calls . Lost a lot of money and peace with this company -AVOID !
