Just had a puncture on one of my tyres on my Motability car, booked in with them and the customer service was very good, Ben checked over my car and found that I did have a puncture which was not fixable and also I needed 2 other tyres as the tread was worn, they waited for authorisation from Motability, which took a bit of time but Ben kept me upto date at every stage, they were so busy and the phone never stopped ringing, but this was always answered.
I saw Ben deal with lots of other customers whilst I was waiting and he was very respectfully and efficient, very good experience. Well done.

Needed a Tyre swapping over from a wheel with a cracked barrel to a new wheel I had gotten of eBay, they did a great job at swapping this over and even replaced the valve stem for me. When they noticed it was broken. Super processional guys would defiantly recommend!

Edit: I had a great experience with Ben a couple of weeks ago on a Friday afternoon. I called kwik fit 55 minutes before they closed and told them I had a slow puncture. Ben asked me to bring my car around straight away and fixed it before closing! I was able to drive to somerset that evening as planned :) thank you Ben!
Great service. I had a slow puncture on my car. I was booked in easily within 24 hours and the issue was repaired quickly and I was not charged for this service :)

I was passing through Horsham, which was over 20 miles from home on Sunday, and picked up a nail in my Hyundai rear offside tire and I immediately found my way to the nearest Kwik Fit. As a pensioner in my mid-70s, I cannot praise the staff at Kwik Fit Horsham enough, for their professionalism, expertise and kindness, in getting me back on the road to continue my journey home. The staff of the Horsham Branch of Kwik Fit are a credit to their Company.

I went to Kwik Fit Horsham today and they were amazing helping me with a tiny slow puncture. It's been bothering me for months with lower tyre pressure in one tyre than the other tyres. It was so tiny but they found it and fixed it. They were so kind listening to me explaining it and then they sorted it. Really thoughtful and caring people and I really recommend them! I've been there in the past and I remembered how good they were. Thank you so much guys! I'll definaitely return!
