Just had a puncture on one of my tyres on my Motability car, booked in with them and the customer service was very good, Ben checked over my car and found that I did have a puncture which was not fixable and also I needed 2 other tyres as the tread was worn, they waited for authorisation from Motability, which took a bit... read full comment
