Fabulous food. It is not cheap but you do have to pay for quality. The location is stunning.
The staff are a bit green and service can be a bit slow. Service from the coffee waggon has improved but really needs two Coffee machines and staff on weekends. There is also no under cover areas it you are not eating in the restaurant.
I have not been to the restaurant which has now taken over the cafe as well. Simply it is too expensive for me.
There are limited choices if you don't eat red meat or are vegan. This is related to the meats that are farmed at knepp.
Personally I think the products in the shop are expensive though good quality. There is almost nothing for small budgets.

We booked a table for breakfast over the weekend to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. The weather was beautiful so we were able to sit outside, the staff were lovely and attentive but without ever making you feel rushed. As a table we had a mix of granola bowls, vegetarian breakfasts, tea, coffee and juices, all of which we really enjoyed.

My partner and I are always in the market for a dog walk and a lunch and this one tops the list as a great option. We love the idea behind the Knepp Rewilding project, and our walk on the grounds was solid food for the soul before sitting down for the actual lunch. We explored the wine list, sea food, Knepp beef, and fresh greens from the garden, and the locally sourced nature of it all certainly did not disappoint. The staff and service were also superb. We will definitely be coming back.

Really lovely fresh food, beautiful setting, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive staff. We had a lovely family lunch, a lovely walk and a browse in the beautiful shop. One of my favourite places to go.

We had breakfast at Knepp this morning, it was very busy but thankfully we had booked, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff and we opted to sit outside, the food was tasty, the staff friendly and helpful, really enjoyable and we will be back to try the lunch
