I am so grateful to the staff for looking after my 12 year old son and his friends today after my son was pick pocketed in town. Thankyou so much for believing him and helping him with what at first appeared a bizarre story. He was indeed approached by a man in a balaclava outside Santander who took the card from his pocket and it is being investigated by the police. I was actually nearby in the Hairdressers and thought he was safe so I really appreciate your help.

Wrost bank ever, yesterday me and my girlfriend tried to unblock the mobile app and now it is the second time when we go.Thank god I don't have an account with HSBC.

Wrong time to close branch for refurbishment due to the Christmas rush. The only alternative is the post office which is extremely busy as it is.

On Saturday the 30th of October I needed to transfer 3,000 pounds into my wife's account urgently, who banks with Nat West. When I entered the bank I was approached by Yaz, (please excuse me if I have the name wrong).He was polite and courteous and asked if he could help, basically he could not have been more helpful. He reinstalled the app on my phone, and even when I made mistakes he was always understanding and professional. Too many times it is easy complain about bad service but I really wanted to leave on record the excellent service I received from him.I was considering changing my bank but he restored my confidence in HSBC.Well done, you are a credit to HSBC.

Two stars, a star each for the two members of staff having to deal with loads of customers. How can HSBC think its a good idea to close their counters & only have 2 members of staff on a Saturday? The queue was horrendous & the staff sure had their work cut out.

Nothing against Horsham branch - just HSBC as general. Fraudulent transactions are not automatically spotted and the dispute process is lengthy and difficult. After banking with HSBC for 10+ years I will be moving and closing my account this month.
