The staff are unhelpful because they refuse to accomodate me as i was asylum seeker. in addition to that i disappointed

Whilst walking past Horshsm YMCA at around 7pm last night a glass was thrown out of a 2nd or 3rd floor window and smashed less than 3ft from me.Why is this place not being monitored...that person should not be housed if they treat the place trying to help them like this!

Staff are useless, rude and clueless. 90% of residents are on benefits because you have to pay a arm and a leg to live there if you are employed.
