Had a dead laptop (battery had died completely and laptop wouldn?t boot even on mains power). Jason managed to bring it back to life. New battery added and we?re back in business. Took less time and cost less than estimate. Highly recommend.

Great guy, I badly screwed up a poor rushed attempt at building a small size PC and with some new parts(pain...), he had everything up and running quickly and much better organised build than I would have managed even if I took my time and didn't rush. Highly recommend.

Would rate 0/5 if I could. A litany of issues; Jason tried to charge over £50 for a cheap Chinese 250GB SSD which goes for £10 online, when a trusted 1TB Samsung EVO 870 is £66. He?s been ripping my dad off for over a decade. This company is misleading and ripping off its customers and I?ve seen their hostile reply to negative reviews denying any work was ever undertaken by them so I have the invoice to prove it and have verified that this is the company to remove any doubt.
I had to physically drag my dad out of the store because he believed Jason was completely trustworthy, so please don?t use this company and don?t let anyone you care about use it either. Jason is also not trusted by other local repair techs because he was caught having damaged a customers MacBook and covered it up, so he should not be trusted by you.

Dirty scammer tried to charge £180 for a £70 motherboard and £210 for an £170 cpu after realising my elderly father had no idea of how much more he was being overcharged, not only did he do this but he also installed a pirated windows 11 key for £90 which after two months had removed it self from my computer and will now need to be reinstalled for more money. Please do not buy from this thief save yourself the trouble.
