I'm not even surprised that HomeBase closed down.
With such an approach to customers, this outcome was inevitable.
We made the mistake of ordering one of the most expensive items for our apartment?a kitchen?from them, and it resulted in the greatest disappointment and fiasco.
Not only did the kitchen not fit the required size, but it also seems they were aware of their impending closure and didn?t bother to address or resolve the issue.
Honestly, I?m glad to see these kinds of retailers leaving the market

Well the first thing to say is that this now The Range not Homebase. Although the outside gardening bit is still labelled Homebase. Super shop with a huge range of products and easy parking. The real shame is they have rushed to open it as The Range without doing the place up. The flooring is appalling and in some places dodgy as the levels don't match. Hence the 3 stars.
