Tiny, tight shop, with very small choice of products. Comon, owners. It's in West Sussex, people have more money to spend in here, more so, than for example in poorer Kingston Upon Hull, where you have two H&B shops which are the size of an airport, but people don't buy that much there (know from experience).Going back to this one, young assistant ladies are rude there, giving wrong advice. Very disappointing.

I'm also not sure why this store is still trading. Staff are unhelpful and on thier phones so still no change here. There is no fresh choice all the Tofu/ Soya items have been removed and replaced with dry and tinned produce. This is NOT a health food shop its a a shop that sells long life products. Big shame missing an opertunity here. Also to buy anything takes ages at the till while they ask customers lots of questions people dont have the time we want to buy and go. Send and email or get another person to deal with signing up to a card.Come on please do better or like me people will just stop going to your shop and it will close like so many others!!!

Waited to get in the store because of a hand written note telling me to do so, to be told the card machine is down and it's cash only. I asked them why they hadn't written a note to explain that to save me time and was told they're not allowed to write hand written notes.. bit of a joke.

Useless, every time I pop in for something it is either unavailable, sold out or you can only get it in bigger stores or online. Why is this shop even exist when you can't have a single item? Shop assistants are more busy w their phones than helping customers...

Items are generally overpriced, but the lady behind the counter was quite rude, firstly to the lady in front of me in the que all because she wanted her receipt, seemed to much to ask. Then when I paid she asked me about a loyalty card I said I wouldn't need one as I am not in the store that much. Her response was one of disgust. Her attitude seemed to change after this and she didn't say thank you. Then I purposely said goodbye but had nothing in reply. Won't be going there again.

The Little Luxuries Company near / opposite Wilko. I love their beautifully made bath bombs especially the unicorns, sharks and mermaid tails. They have amazing quality products and colours of shower gels. They smell fresh and are really different to others in the high street. The room fragrances are something else. I love the way you can design your own and replenish the fragrance by bringing in, all packaging free. All great value for money too for the quality of the product. The staff are very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I love going in their to see what?s new and having a chat. A lovely community shop who are trying their best to be packaging free.
