Fast my feet did run to graze upon a feast of breakfast. Half price, approximately. Gosh, thought I, this place is a space, with tables and people and people at tables whilst waiters wait tables and share silly fables. The food arrived promptly at my table, but not before I had ordered it. It was a treat of meat and potato and vegetation, prepared in a kitchen or a preparation station. I stopped talking and started eating, it seemed like an obvious choice. I happily remember that day, while I rock in my chair and remember my hair. I will return and you shall be my witness.I highly recommend.

No Stars, but I had to tick one for posting. Their restaurant.Incompetence on another level and extortionate prices. Popped in for breakfast, ordered toast and a tiny slice came out with a single pack of butter, I had to send it back for another pass in the toaster as it was warm limp bread and the price £2.99. Crazy ?Filthy floors, poor staff who had no idea what they were doing. No excuses as they were not busy and no wonder why!!!

Called in for eggs benedict Sunday 1000. (2nd order of the day).They obviously lost the order. Chased it, to be told imminent, chased again as due elsewhere. It turned up with undercooked fried, rather than poached eggs as advertised. Returned it for refund as out of time. They had to fetch the manager who faffed about to return our cash so much that we had to leave to pick up our daughter, then return for our money. Whilst the cash was put aside and visible for my wife, the staff ignored her until they'd completed whatever they were doing. Appalling customer serviceNever going back.

Unfortunately the food is over priced for what you get! Baguette?s ordered didn?t have the right filling and the the amount of filling for the rustic roll could have filled half of the roll! but was spread out to fill the roll also wasn?t what was shown on the menu! was told this was due to a new chef and then a new menu! Not impressed?

Came to have a cup of tea and a wonder round. Nice garden centre and reasonable prices. Staff seemed friendly, helpful and chatty in the shop, but unfortunately in the cafe the staff were very rude and when we spoke to them she looked at us then carried on gossiping. Didn?t smile or really acknowledge us standing there. When the lady brought the food over she just dumped it on the table, no ?hello? or ?enjoy?. Very disappointing.

4 of us came for lunch. I ordered the Walsh Rabbit.It was presented on a Cold bun not even toasted and the cheese was very salty, the type you get from the tube. No salad just a sad looking slice fried tomato to accompany it.All for £7.99.I can't eat it after just 2 bites, so took it back and i was asked if I wanted a refund?I asked for a replacement sandwhich, but wished I hadn't bothered. The bread was so dry it crumbled in my hand as I picked it up.Horrible won't be going back.

We came to the cafe and they charged 40P extra for oat milk. Unfair to those who have dairy allergies. First time we?ve been charged extra for non dairy milk?We then had quiche which was £9 and was served with a poor salad which consisted of rocket and a couple of slices tomatoes. Left feeling we were robbed.

Had a very pleasant morning at the garden centre and had a good lunch. Picked up some cakes and meat at the farm shop. Will go again.

A bit run down. Plants disappointing. Garden furniture good. Went to visit Pavers which was good with great selection of footwear.

My daughter and I love coming here, they have such a great choice of plants and with Pavers shoe shop and a fantastic tea shop, it's a great trip out. We had tea and delicious fruit cake and coffee cake...just hope that when we go next time, that they won't have run out after writing this ?
