By far the worst Gregg's, always lacking stock and always cuts breakfast off early because they can't be bothered. The store has weird hours that don't match any other store.
Food is always mildly cold on the warm shelves.

My son tried to pay for a Oasis drink with a £20 note and was told in a rude way that he couldn't buy it because he had a £20 note.

Absolutely appalling service. Was demanded to move from the counter even though I was trying to purchase a sweet treat for my grandchildren. Never in all my years have I received such poor customer service. The man behind the counter could do with some customer service training. He wasn't even serving me . Not sure why you can't look at the counter ?
