“I had an unexpected flat tyre last evening, and it had been snowing for a while by then. Thankfully I was very close to this petrol station, so I managed to pull into it and the staff were very understanding of the situation and courteous. One of the staff, a young gentleman named Albert, he had a really positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. Without his help, I might've injured myself trying to change the tyre in such a challenging conditions. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and kindness. Thanks Albert.”

“I use Tesco Express in Redkiln Way because it offers Esso Synergy 99+ petrol which didn't until recently have ethanol added to the fuel. It's kinder to my 50 year old classic car and improves the performance of my daily drive which thrives on high octane fuel.

The only downside is that people on occasion fill their car with petrol and then do a grocery shop blocking the petrol pumps and tying up the serving staff whilst they scan and collect payment. Not well thought out.

If I read the notices correctly the garage / store is closing on the 10th May for redevelopment and will not reopen till September. Let's hope they fix things.”

“good deals now and again, friendly staff. Petrol station is a bit of a pain, wait ages for fuel, queues can be quite long but it is in Town so to be expected, offers are quite good but more expensive than tesco superstore which baffles me.”

It was very impressive and something many other filling stations could learn from.”
