Wanted to upgrade a buisness mobile. Told this can only be done online or over phone. Wanted to scope difference in models, which is why we went to store. Told we were to get a call back by 11.30. No call back ever recieved. Waste of valuable time

Worse mobile provider by far . Took my fold 3 in as we're it folds failed and they wanted £500 to repair or £600 to replace . So left with no phone and a contact ,AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

EE are the worst network provider for aftercare service I've been a ee customer for over 8 years first time my phone breaks they want £500 to repair it . They are money grabbing bxxxxxx. Will no longer be staying with ee .They won't replace phone unless I pay £600 so I'm stuck with no phone and a contract.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS .

Helpful assistant, listened well and explained everything he was doing. Couldn't answer all my questions, but I was impressed by him. He was new to the job and the shop was busy so he had to cope without support. It is good to be able to talk to a person face to face.

I went in for some advice and the manager was very helpful hence the 5 stars. I would however point out that there was a large queue at some points during my wait as there was only one staff member serving on the floor . The result is that four people walked out because they were not prepared to wait. Maybe consider more staff. A lot of people nip in and out of phone stores for quick questions or purchases. This isn't possible if there is always a queue.

Poor service!There was one old guy who being lazy on him phone,not answering correct to my questions.Saying can?t help,because im not with EE on my personal phone.And being disrespectful just because of that.Thankfully there was one young guy,giving me a phone number for business customers.I expected good and fried customer service like Vodafone.
