Needs a radio, the atmosphere was so silent. People whispering. Also very under-staffed, hearing people ask for help but staff couldn't because already with someone and unable to refer to anyone else.

I love Dunelm. Ive been going there since they opened. They have a large variety of many things. Lovely ornaments, vases and big selection of artificial flowers. Duvets, pillows, carpets etc etc.

Brilliant customer service, l phoned up and spoke to a lovely lady, she checked the stock and informed me to do click and collect, is the best. We travelled from Worthing and the order was ready for us to collect. Staff extremely helpful and polite, after other companies had awful customer service.??10 out of 10 for Dunelm Mills Horsham ??

Very unhelpful and rude manager today (I think her name was Rose). Issues over a cushion that was the sale. But in the process of trying to sort it, our cashier, who I think was Bev, was very helpful. However, when she was asking questions to the manager through her ear piece and microphone, you could hear the manger shouting at her and getting very stroppy with her. The cashier lady had only asked the questions I had asked! I really felt for her. When the manager eventually came to the till, she was abrupt with me and the lady at the till. She just seemed really annoyed and put out that someone had a query and she had to help resolve it! Shocking customer service all round from her. Our cashier lady was very helpful though and lovely.

Visited store today for new shutter blinds, which I knew would be quite expensive. There were some on display but the shop assistants both seems clueless and quite useless about the whole process and then decided that they didn't sell them anyway - So ordered some elsewhere. Could do with some customer service training too.

Went to get a pillow for my cover and when I tried asking for help the worker rolled his eyes at me and sneered, then he was stood there talking to his co worker and ignored me the whole time. Terrible customer service, eventually found out the measurement by searching it up, would not return here the customer service is horrible.
