I am very dissatisfied the pizza had a big dry patch. We didn?t get all the items we ordered and when it was being delivered it took longer than told. Please try and improve the establishment

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides for my boys as a treat and driver turns up with 1 large and 2 sides, call and speak to Southwater who say the other pizza is still there! No apology! They have offered to send it along but it will take as long as it takes which no doubt means it will be cold as not only is it rush hour but it?s in a different village. Can?t compensate by offering anything else as it would come out their wages. Won?t be buying from them again. Customer service terrible!

The manager Tom was fantastic!! He taught my kids how the dough works and even warned us our food would be hot!! What a gem. He made us feel like part of the team!

Not the greatest dominos branch, but certainly not the worst! The food 80% of the time is really nice, to order and delivered quickly. However there have been times where it's not been correct or the quality has been poor, especially if you order close to the closing time.
