I don't know about Robert Dyas but 1 star for DHL staff. The person who was dealing with me, had no idea how to operate computer and behave very badly. I told him 3 times the online booking reference number and still he didn't manage to do and left without any communication. I had to come back next morning and the another person did it within few seconds.
