Great help and service! I popped in 20 minutes before closing after being turned away elsewhere for being too late (20 minutes before closing!) Got here, the pharmacist rushed me in for consultation and I was given prescription in no time. Lovely, friendly team.

I?ve always found them to be good. They are absolutely snowed under but try their best to get your prescription done as quickly as possible. Even if you haven?t received a text they do their best to accommodate you. Great staff too

Prescription ordered for my mum essential medication 4weeks ago, chased twice by nurse and specialist nurse. Now run out and pharmacy still haven't delivered prescription, made me wait 45mins before telling me they still didn't have it, and wouldnt help or direct to a pharmacy that could help. 1 star is generous!!

I had an urgent prescription on Thursday which included the ordering of a specialist item. Whilst busy with many other customers, the team searched and found a supplier who could deliver quickly. I was able to pick up the specialist item on Friday - just in time before going away from Horsham. I am so grateful the team served me so well. THANK YOU.

Really helpful, although I?m not registered in the GP and they couldn?t help me the lady on the phone told me that if I ring up my old GP then they might be able to re-issue the Prescription onto the spine well helpful thank you

Let's not forget they are understaffed and very busy. I have always found them to be patient and helpful. Eveyone should remember that they are doing their best and anyone who thinks otherwise should try working there for a week to see how much they do. We need this chemist so let's try and appreciate them .

I?ve never had any issues with the pharmacy . All my meds have been ready and I have found them very polite and courteous. I changed from Superdrug as they didn?t always have a pharmacist which I couldn?t risk .

In general the service is good, given that pharmacies are under a lot of pressure right now. Amber dealt with my prescription promptly & efficiently. She?s extremely knowledgeable and an absolute asset to the pharmacy. Thank you Amber for all your assistance.

Came in today to collect my dad's prescription, was told that someone was going to get it ready so I sat down and waited. 45 minutes later, I had enough of waiting stood by the counter and it was brought out right away. Wondering how long it was sitting there.

Absolutely shocking. There is a 10 day backlog for prescriptions and there is no urgency to reduce the wait. Considering how embarassing this level of service is, the staff seem pretty ambivilent and unapolagetic Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever used.

Astrocious service and they think this is normal! Told me 20mins today for meds and then when I was alarmed and repeated that it was going to take that long. Christine replied " Do you want to go somewhere else"? Absolutely shocking! As I had run out of my meds and they were informed of my prescription the day before. So no excuse really. Ive never wait this long @my local Chemist which is out of town , but because I wasnt in the area, I had to choose one in Horsham. I Will definitely NOT be using this chemist again! Waiting times are ridiculous, and they have enough staff to be more efficient. There was like 4-5 staff members. Also there was only one gentleman waiting Infront of me. The counter lady even called out for medication for someone that wasn't even there?No apology given for the delay , however when I requested a complaint form I got the meds in half the time!Definitely need to improve their service. It's unacceptable in this day and age. I found out my friend complained he was a regular he used to wait nearly 1 hour and he had enough!

No loyalty, no help, look I take medication that can't be missed to survive and they didn't care when I am no longer unable to get to the pharmacy during their opening hours. I'm concerned for my life.
