I have to say, the prices are a joke. If you go in for a coffee make sure you bring ten pounds with you. One cake and two coffees, that's how much it cost. You need to calm down with your prices.

I had a very disapointing experience with a lady who provided poor levels of customer service. She was cold dissmissive and arrogant- the opposite of what to expect in a coffee shop. In addition to this i felt like an pest exterminator with the amount of flies in the building. I dont think i stink, i think its the poor hygeine of the shop. I would like to think that this could be resolved but knowing the economy at the moment it may be costly to afford a pest exterminator. Best of wishes to the shop though. Coffee was lovely when the fly wasnt swimming in it.

I ordered a large black Americano at 8:20 this morning while two young ladies were working. Unfortunately, I received only three shots of espresso instead of the four I ordered. When I asked why, they told me that one shot was already in the espresso cup from a previous customer. What disappointed me most was that they didn?t offer a fresh drink with four shots, as they seemed more focused on chatting with each other. It would be helpful if the manager could train the staff to ensure that customers receive what they pay for.

Well behaved Dogs are allowed. That is always a good sign for me.

This place does NOT accept NHS BLUE BADGE holder discount scheme so you pay full price.
Usual costa service, quick and hassle free. I had an issue using my costa app but the staff member happily talked me through the process and how to select what I needed so very happy with the overall service.
