I would recommend the co op as it's normally a lovely shop to visit all staff are lovely except 1 who has disgusted myself and other shoppers today!
I will be putting in a complaint about 1 manager who thinks it's exceptable to shout ,swear and kick off at the staff infront of a shop full of people ! I'm absolutely disgusted by this ! and feel sorry for the staff members on shift !

Disgusting. Just horrified by what I have just witnessed. Young girl being ?literally? manhandled outside by a tall dark haired chap from the shop, he was easily twice her size and very daunting. Accusing her of shoplifting. This was all very open and and public and very disturbing to watch. What a joke and a terrible way to behave. Don?t think I shall be going back there again.

I wish to say a big thank you to the two young male staff in the shop yesterday when I accidentally dropped a bottle of red wine. For personal reasons I burst into tears at my clumsiness but they couldn't have been kinder. They are a credit to themselves and their employer. Thank very much.

No wonder Joe Lycett did a whole segment on coop, they have steadily got worse over the years. In this particular store the Self scan which is supposed to quick and easy way to pay, but only if the staff aren't ignorant, and serve 2 people (one of which had a trolley full of shopping) while I was left waiting to be age verified on an item.. terrible service no acknowledgement from the man on the til after 5 minutes I left and went to a much better coop.

I like this co-op quite a lot, the layout makes sense and the staff are always lovely, the fresh bread and pastries are fantastic and there is a coffee making machine as well, the selection is not massive but you can buy everything you may need in a day and more, however the queues can sometimes be long.

Hermes drop off at code not working. Staff know but could not be bothered to put a note on the equipment. Wasted 20 minutes...
