I always have a great experience at this Co-op. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff are really friendly, polite, and always happy to help ? it makes a real difference. They have a great selection of fresh food, essentials, and even some local products. It?s the perfect place for quick top-up shops or last-minute bits. Definitely one of the better convenience stores around!

The most unfriendly Co-op I?ve ever shopped in! Yesterday buying lunch as I?m a carer I stopped off here. I was using self service to check out and when it came to tap my loyalty card it wouldn?t. So I dared to ask an extremely busy (not!) co-op cashier what I was doing wrong. She looked up from her reading material and just snapped it?s the wrong colour card?! As no other explanation was forthcoming I asked her what the right one was and then she told me white! Apparently my blue card is South. I had no idea there were different branches. Her whole lack of customer service was appalling and I then asked how I got one of these other cards. She then grudgingly had to get up and shove a leaflet at me! Mental note to self, don?t shop here again!!

Watch out for the SCAM there not a co op there a franchise so co op member cards don't work here you have to sign up to there one which isn't made aware till your trying to pay and your members card doesn't work even though they say there a co op there not so he careful SCAM

Evri service is a shambles here. Past 6 times I've tried to send parcels, the label printer is either broken, has run out of labels or they've run out of space to store parcels. This mornings attempt, they've run out of space to store parcels. Maybe they need to stop offering this service as it's incredibly frustrating as a customer and I'm sure the staff are fed up with dealing with the issues too. I won't be attempting to send parcels from here anymore. The store itself seems fine but this part of their service needs to be scrapped.

Just been to my local coop and the lady in a short hair and glasses refuse to sell some baguettes ? her excuse it is too hot!! Thank you coop for selling cold bread only.
