This is a perfectly nice co-op. I like it when supermarkets are retrofitted into older buildings rather than looking all smooth and sleek. There?s a ramp so it?s wheelchair accessible to get in and they have a perfectly good selection of products. My mum says that co-op does the best meal deals so we sometimes pop in here on our way to or from the yard.

We went to this lovely restaurant last night. All of the staff were very friendly and couldn?t do enough for us. They even moved our table to infront of the roaring fire because I was cold. The food was exceptional, we will be back very soon.

We?ve been living close by for 2 years and would order once every 2 weeks of so. The food used to be brilliant every time, but something would always be missing. We put it up with that although it was so frustrating that there would always be something missing every time no matter how specific you would be with the order always one thing missing. We kept giving them extra chances and today they finally cracked it and the full order came. However, it was the worst curry we have ever had from anywhere. All of the food was cold and the popadoms and naan bread were actually stale. It was like it had all been cooked yesterday and bought to us today. My wife didn?t eat hers, I ate mine and wished I didn?t as I actually feel sick writing this. I?m gutted to be honest. This isn?t an angry customer writing a review aggressively, I?m just gutted because the food used to be so good, but how many chances can you give a place. Unfortunately I?m really sorry to say we won?t be ordering again. We actually tried to order from the new place at The George hotel tonight first but they were closed. We should have waiting a different day until they were open because that was beyond awful from cowfold cottage tonight.

Lady at self check out just didn't care ,paying for my shopping I asked does it not let me pay cash ,she just put her hands in her pockets and said no the other one don't as well .so not helpful when u ask for help

Had a fabulous flavoursome and colourful meal at Cowfold Cottage Tandoori. The owner served us and he made us feel so welcomed. The fresh naan bread was the best I've ever tasted and the chicken tikka korai was packed full of flavour and served sizzling on the hotplate. A lovely meal with the whole family.

Two and a half hours takeaway on a Monday night avoid a total####show. No reason no apology just absolutely crappie service could have driven to London picked up a curry and back by now
