I cant fault this store at all. We've been to the others in Sussex and this store knows exactly what they're doing. In the Summer we buy multiples of shoes and trainers and Chris is a massive help and has the patience of a saint. But today it was Kathy that pulled out all the stops to get us extra school shoes in time for Monday. Thank you all. 100% satisfied.

I visited Clarks, Horsham today to get my little boys first pair of shoes. The man who helped us was called Jamie, he was so lovely, very friendly with my little boy and was also very gentle when putting the shoes on his feet to try them on. He also gave us very good advice on different shoes which helped us decide on a good choice of shoe, reasonable prices and lovely quality shoes, thank you so much ?

We went in and was served by a younger chap, I think his name was Jamie? Does martial arts or something.
Very patient with my son, who's been complaining about his school shoes, it turns out they aren't the wrong size and gave us very good advise about helping stretch them out a little to stop the area of complaint rubbing anymore.

Took my grandson for new shoes on Saturday. They had a sale on so a good buy at £15. The next day my daughter couldn?t get the shoes on. She went into Clark?s on Wednesday and had his feet re measured. I was sold the wrong size and as he has a high instep the wrong design. They exchanged the shoes but was made to pay an additional £26 as the sale was not on. So my daughter has had to pay £26 for poor service. Shame on you Clark?s.

I went in wanting to buy a specific pair of shoes, but was told they are unavailable and I should buy a different colourway instead. When I said I'd order online I was told they are not available online either and pushed once more towards a pair I did not want. It was a male member of staff who seems to be a new manager.Left the store a bit bemused. Went online and ordered the shoes I wanted without any issue whatsoever.Had positive experiences with this store in the past, but will avoid from now on.
