This place is so welcoming, been coming here for 6 years... Built some great friendships with the staff and other customers.. And very welcoming of dogs. Can't recommend it enough

I always pop in after work for a take away hot chocolate and I have to say it's one of the best coffee shops in our town and the staff are so very friendly and I'm more of a regular there and I also have a caramel shortbread which is really nice.

Love Nero but should improve a bit on food quality and choice. More stuff in sandwiches and panninis would be nicer.

Wife was very upset because her cappuccino wasn't hot. The staff member 'heated it up' by 'adding hot milk.' But the wife didn't like the result ?
My own coffee was perfectly nice ??

By far the most efficient team i have ever encountered, on the ball! The shop floor is clean, you can relax have a good cup of coffee, feels like a different world when you get in from the High street! I always enjoy when i visit!

This is a really good cafe nero, the manager has built a good rapore with customers and it's clean inside. Pooch friendly too.

Lovely spot here with a handful of comfy chairs. Staff all lovely. Great watching a good barista do their thing. Choice of coffees is what more shops should be doing. A wonderful pitstop. Thank you.
