I collected a prescription which was delivered to Boots from East Surrey Hospital. Boots advised me by text when it delivered there. After checking ID, immediate service. Thanks. The nearby free parking is a bonus. ( I did call earlier in the week as the actual NHS delivery took a few days, Boots did pick up and search. Note that they close from 1-2...which I have tried to edit in the google search result)

Poor service not putting the patient first. Struggling to get prescriptions so they should offer to release so u can go elsewhere but don't. Avoid and go to Ashington pharmacy far better

The customer service at this Boots branch has greatly improved to what it was in the past.
They now appear to have a better process in place for organising prescriptions, and customer online order collections.
In my opinion staff are very friendly, incredibly helpful and very efficient. Credit where it's due!

Just had yet another very unpleasant experience in Boots Southwater. Approached the counter to ask advise and the assistant went into the next room to ask the pharmacist for advice. He proceeded to just shout questions from the room rather than get up and come and talk to me privately. A store full of people hearing my personal details because he couldn?t be bothered to come and talk to me.
Come on Boots, mine is not the only awful review about this particular pharmacist! We all the know the person who is constantly being rude and obnoxious to customers who simply would like some help and privacy. How much longer do we have to put up with this??

Called repeatedly, no answer on the phone. Had to drive there in the end to try and collect a prescription that the doctors told me was at the chemist. Got there to be told it wasn't ready. Phone was ringing in background while I was there, no was answering. Annoyed that I had wasted time driving.

Worst chemist ever, always queues, staff are very very slow, never have prescriptions on hand, tried ringing instead, approx 20 calls. No one answers, eventually get cut off. Not much point of it being here,absolute joke

Never answer phone or never have prescriptions. Doctor puts it in you be lucky if you have it within a week.

Poor service. Unexpectedly closed - random opening hours, long queues when they can be bothered to open. The best thing that could happen is this to be taken over by any other chemist chain. It cannot be any worse.

I tried to get a prescription for my grandmother today to be shouted at by the lady over and over again about pharmacy 4 you. After trying to explain I was sent there from the doctor with a prescription from the doctor to boots she still started going on about pharmacy for you when that had nothing to do with what I was in there for. the lady seemed very confused behind the desk today I was fully shocked with how I was treared caused me to have a pannic attack after leaving. Avoid at all cost I will be taking this situation further as well.

Can?t call them as they don?t answer the phone, the queue is always out the door, never enough people serving and often rude when you are served. Lucky if they have your prescription when you get to the front of the queue most of the time.

Please answer the phone. Calling from overseas as a script ordered over 3 weeks ago and no text and can?t check if available so I can arrange collect for my dad who is out of medication. Staff lovely but def need more staff to meet demand

Have not had a problem here, if you have to wait, no worries. Better to have a chemist in the village than have it close down. Have been very happy with the service over many years, so long may it continue

Absolutely support previous complaint(s)! FOR GOD'S SAKE CAN SOMEONE PICK UP THE PHONE?! This Boots needs to take on staff in proportion to their business need! Queues are always long as well.
