Poor customer service! I had to make a compliant about this store and twice I was told I would get a response from head office, but nothing. I have now given up and started to buy my supplements else where. Superdrug and holland & barrett are more helpful and offer better prices than boots anyway.
added: Like I said in my review, I have already contacted head office twice on the number you provided and no follow up. If boots want to put it right, check your systems and find my name and complaint and follow it up as you should have done to start with! I suspect I won't hear from you again though which is my whole point of posting this review.. bad customer service!

I understand how frustrating the job might br at boots but shouting and swearing at someone for not paying for a bag is very extreme to me Espically when they are apologies and offering to pay.

This Boots is similar to most Boots stores although the only downside is that there is no sales staff, they expect you to use self service. I wanted to buy something but as I don?t use self service I went elsewhere instead

The shop itself is fine. The Chanel lady was a little rude as she was stood at the till and I had 1 bit of makeup and I asked if I was able to purchase it there and she said only if we are quick and rushed me through the process but my main problem was the security guard there today (31/05/25) I?ve never met anyone so rude! He?s previously accused my friend of stealing before whereas she?s always presented a receipt and has never stolen but the alarms went off as she purchased a piece of make up with a security sticker on it. He shoved the receipt and her other pieces of make up into my hand and barked ?hold this? at me and stormed off the get the sticker off. We just looked at each other like what is his problem! Between the accusations and the rudeness, it makes us nervous to shop there

Sonny was so incredibly helpful with my skin complaint to help me find a great spf and toner for my rosacea prone skin. Up until today I?ve felt like I was hitting a brick wall to find a company that would help me and Sonny was able to help me find solutions within in ten minutes.
Not to mention Sonny?s make up is just beautiful and sure Sonny would give awesome advice in that department too.
Well done boots for having such a wonderful individual in the heart of skin care - would highly recommend anyone who?s looking for help to find Sonny to help you! What a gem!

Miserable and rude pharmacy staff. Apparently because they are the only pharmacy open and everyone wants a prescription, that's reason to be difficult with every customer. Don't do the job if you can't handle dealing with the demand.

Buying new No.7 product. I spoke with Jana who was personable, knowledgeable and so helpful. Then met her manager who was also so kind and helpful.

Not one for leaving reviews unless I receive great customer service, which I did yesterday Friday 21st March was served by Em in the Horsham beauty dept, well what can I say Em went above and beyond where service goes, super helpful, patient, kind and it was a breath of fresh air to be helped by her, haven?t received service like that anywhere since before covid!!
She is a credit to your store and company, even though the products were out of stock I came away with all the details of what I needed, she tested all the colours on my skin and have ordered from boots online

Shocking experience. No matter what day or time you go in for prescriptions there is only 1 staff member serving and a long queue and wait time. Both myself and my partner went to collect our prescriptions (on separate days) was told that they had been ready for a few days but never received the text message to collect them. Inform of the issue but has not been resolved still.

This has got to be ONE of the WORST Boots in all of the UK!
No matter what of time of the day or week you come in here, they have LITTLE to NO STAFF available and are continually UNDERSTAFFED.
Whether it?s done by design and on purpose, I don?t know - but I assume it is, as they?ve expanded their ?Self Service? kiosk - but when it comes to the Well Being section or the Pharmacy, they have continually been understaffed - it is painfully agonising.
To top it off, the staff who work there just appear like they don?t want to be there, continual feet dragging - I get that it?s challenging and it?s retail, but if you really hate your job, please go and find another job and leave this to someone who actually wants to be there!
If someone like Amazon came along and offered a solution, I bet you it would end up hurting your wallet as people would definitely cut out this headache of unnecessary queuing?!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced? constant queues and just one member of staff on tills, nothing ever ready, told to wait an hour and then have to rejoin back of the queue ?

The lovely specialist Em helped me out, and they were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable when finding the best products for my needs. I wouldn?t hesitate in asking them for help anytime.
