I went into the Horsham branch to get a number of issues sorted out. I found the member of staff, Amanda, very friendly, and she helped me through the maze of online banking, to improve my portfolio of accounts.

I would give this bank 0 stars if I could! I have been trying for three years to close my deceased mothers account, but every time I think I've succeeded, they send me more forms! I went to the Horsham branch a fortnight ago and had a meeting with them and was told I would get the money in 10 - 14 days. One week later I received another letter informing me that my signature was different and could I fill in another form. This I did and down loaded it to their web site as instructed and I've heard nothing since! You can't phone to speak to anyone the whole show is a shambles. I closed her other accounts with NatWest in under a fortnight!

Went to Horsham branch today regarding a fraud activity on my sisters account. She was on her way to meet me at the branch. I thought I just pop in before she arrives to seek an advice or in case an appointment required then I can book that in ( she basically wanted to close her current account and open a new one just to be on the safe side). Previously I already called the Barclays costumer service and they confirmed on the phone that we can walk in to the branch without an appointment as well and they should be able to resolve the issue. The lady who greeted me at the door told me to go on the mobile app and apply for a new account and once I done that call back the call centre again and close the account that had fraud activity on. I told her I have spoken them already and they told me I should be able to have this sorted in branch ( I have been a victim of serious fraud 2 years back and the ladies at the branch were sooo helpful, everything was resolved within an hour). She said that?s not true, they can only do certain things at the branch. I felt I was being brushed off because I don?t speak fluent English, I was nervous and clearly shocked. She said my sister also can book an appointment and come back and they can help her opening the new account. I didn?t really understand why she couldn?t deal with the problem there and then when the branch was completely empty, only 1 costumer was in at that time. I left the bank and the lady clearly was (not)that busy that she had a time to go out for a fag. After this my sister arrived I then decided to go back to the Horsham branch and again been greeted by another lady, who I explained the issue that we are trying to resolve. She opened a new account within 10 minutes for my sister and she was ever so helpful. I?m giving this review based on the experience I had earlier on that day with the another lady, who clearly had zero interest to help and basically mugged me off. If one person can help then that shouldn?t be an issue for another member of staff either.

I visited the Horsham branch and saw the amazing Shane. I wanted to review my accounts and Shane introduced me to becoming a premier customer and explained the features and benefits. He then helped me arrange my savings to earn me better interest and also love the fact I can now get apple tv for free. Such great service

I have banked with Barclays for 50 years now, and i do not do online banking. Why you might ask. Well it's because I deal with people with whom I build relationships, understanding and support. The staff at Barclays Horsham are a fatastic team to deal with for my every day needs, and are so helpful with any banking issues I might have, which are very few, usually the machines.
I would also like to say that when I lost my daughter who had an account with the branch the whole team were exceptionally caring and supportive which I will be forever gratefull.

Went in to update my details and was absolutely blessed to have Julia look after me! As soon as I walked in I must have looked lost and was helped straight away, sat down with Julia who helped me update all my details, she totally went above and beyond to help me and explain everything to me. While helping me she also helped out her colleague Shane who misplaced a phone (bless him, no disrespect to him however I?ve also heard he?s fantastic). Julia took me through all my card options, loan options and mortgage options as my plan is to buy a house, I?m very Dyspraxic so struggle with numbers, she dumbed down everything to the point I understood all she was saying without feeling stupid which was lovely. So a massive thank you to the staff at the branch and especially the wonderful Julia!

Never have any problems. Go in branch a lot to withdrawer suns greater than the cash points allow and they?re always helpful and welcoming.
