Service and atmosphere are decent but words cannot describe how disappointed I am with the food. I've been twice and we had lasagna, nduja pasta which both lacked consistency and flavour. We also had a beef papardelle which was soggy and soulless. I really hate to say this but I genuinely think they can do much better than this. I'm shocked at the price to quality ratio

Food is nice, but the decor is far from classy and the bright lights and furniture make it feel like a greasy spoon cafe.

My pasta dish was lukewarm therefore requested that it be warmed in a microwave. The waitress explained that carrying out that process would impair the pasta therefore she reordered a brand new meal. When this arrived it was hot but unfortunately completely tasteless. I think the reason for my poo meal was the large number of customers that were present and ordering meals that overwhelmed the chefs. My wife and I have eaten at Ask Italian previously a number of times which has been a wonderful experience but unfortunately not this time. The best part of the meal was the orange juice that I was drinking of which I had 2 glasses.

Listen, folks, we went to this pizza place?absolutely fantastic, okay? The food was really, really good. Some of the best pizza I?ve had, and trust me, I know pizza better than anyone. The service? Incredible. They were so fast, so polite?it was like they knew we were coming. My family loved it, everyone was talking about how great it was. Is it the best pizza in the world? Maybe not, but it?s pretty close. A great place. Tremendous. Highly recommended, believe me!

Always feel welcomed by staff. Waitress Oksana efficient and friendly. Helped with my wine decision. ?. We had our regular favourite meals of lasagna grande and seabass al for no.
Parking: Very close multi story car park at Piries Place.

Ask Italian Horsham was a great choice for a post panto meal with an intergrated family. There was choice for everyone, even though there were some course off the menu, due to being busy. The staff were kind and helpful throughout.

Super disappointing visit to this attractive restaurant yesterday: a teen in our party was brought the wrong order, it was whisked away, but the correct pizza did not appear until the rest of us had finished eating (and we tried to drag out those pizzas, but there are limits to how long it takes to eat one). Not only were there no apologies for the error, our waiter roundly ignored our table throughout, spoke at length to the neighbouring tables (we were on 19), failed to explain web ordering/paying, failed to ask how our meal was (presumably because the answer would have been "partially missing"), failed to offer or bring dessert menus - to the extent that even the teens noticed the lack of service. We skipped ordering coffee and desserts as a result. Frankly we felt unwelcome and ignored and this ruined a much anticipated meal. The delightful waitress that brought our bill almost rescued the experience but ASK is off our menu for the foreseeable - we won't visit this restaurant again.

Staff were very kind but the food was really bad i ordered spaghetti Bolognese and literally I might as well just went to the supermarket and brought some spaghetti for £2 Thier was hardly any meat in it the staff apologised for this but still not good I don't think I'll be back
Kind staff who were doing the best they could but still it's a lot of money just for a plate of spaghetti

Wonderful lunch with the family today. I had the burrata, tomatoes and olive tapenade pizza which was lovely and my wife had the mascarpone mushroom pasta which was also really nice (though a little too much parsley). Service was excellent, timely and super friendly. The lemon biscoff cheesecake desert was absolutely brilliant. Loved cracking into the white chocolate lemon that sits on top with a macchiato to complete this delightful lunch.
