Tried to return a pair of curtains as they were alughtly too big for the awkward sized window we have, only to be told by the less than helpful sales assistant that they couldn't be returned as they were 'filthy' and 'disgusting'.

Unfortunately, the biggest misfortune of Horsham Argos is having an employee named Jade. She never listens to customers or understands their issues. Attended Argos at Sainsbury's Thursday evening 30/5/24 with my son to pick up online purchases. What a disappointment! To be greated by a grumpy elderly person that served us. Rude and very condescending. Awful experience!
