My heart sinks every time I have to redirect from this office , they are guaranteed to lose your parcel or mess up where it?s going , it?s not just a one off either ! If your illiterate with no sense of direction , apply for a job here , they will welcome you with open arms ?

This complaint doesn't even warrant one star, I think the postman we have at the moment (Ingram Close, Steyning) is either blind or stupid. Every day we have other people's mail, today we have 3 different items of mail none of them for us.Bring back Bob - he was the best!!!

Rubbish service - had a card through the door which said collect next working day and the opening hours. Drove there - no parking places available. Having driven around for a while managed to park. Then saw the office is closed. On the card it says open 7-12:30 and on the office 7-9am. Wasted 1 hour. How many people's time are they wasting?

Dec 11th. We have had no delivery for six days despite knowing that letters from hospital are in the post. Had to get them emailed. Absolutely hopeless. What is being done about it? Not that we expect an answer despite it being a public provision and stop hiding behind Covid which has been with us for nearly a year!!!

Parcel arrived with them. They confirm delivery on their system. Delivered to a registered drop off point. No parcel. No signature taken on delivery. Now I am trying to get the seller to claim so I can get a refund. Disappointed in a lack of secure and reliable method of distribution from a company which should set the standards not fail customers.

I don't understand their opening hours, you miss a parcel as you where at work but to pick it up from them you have to take a day off work just to get there when they are open.

Why do they say by email they have delivered a parcel when they haven't and when you ring you're just told to ring the company supply in the goods . Utterly useless and unhelpful !
