I have been a patient with Ben for many years. His care and treatments have always been gentle and thorough. Both Ben and Cherry are both so kind and patient which always makes me feel very relaxed, not how you?d expect to feel at a dentist.Thank you for literally saving my teeth.

My recent experience with the hygienist can only be described as a brutal. In the past the hygienists have been careful and gentle. This one however was not!I have a few sensitive teeth but even the ones that weren?t he managed to make them really painful. He told me he had his machine set to the lowest setting and when I said to avoid a certain tooth because it was too painful he carried on. I said to leave it and he said he would continue manually which still hurt. He put some anaesthetic on my gums but it really didn?t help. I?ll be looking for a different hygienist for my next appointment. Not a pleasurable experience. In pain for the rest of the evening.

This has really annoyed me and I feel it deserves a second review to actually highlight how disgraceful it is I have a full time job so making appointment times can be tricky for me so I aim to book them either at the beginning or end of day with plenty of notice so it won't affect my colleagues. I got a call this morning telling me not asking but telling me I had to move my appointment earlier in the day when I asked why she explained that the dentist had had a few cancellations and didn't want to have to wait around for me that day when he could go home earlier I told her it was not possible to come any earlier she threatened me with well then we will have to cancel it and we are very busy so it would mean waiting another week.I am absolutely disgusted that someone would play these sort of high and mighty games when someone's in pain and or has a health problem

Having just spent a few months sorting some issues out with Alex, I cannot fault my experience. Alex has been most professional carefully explaining everything to me and performing the work to the highest detail. It's so refreshing to be feel confident that my teeth are back to where they should be. Thank you once again Alex. You have been wonderful.

The dentists are decent enough here. Ben is particularly good with people who have had previous bad experiences with other dentists.If going private, I would caution you to check their latest prices before you book an appointment. Prices are very high now, and not competitive locally. This might be a reasonably affluent area, but £80 for a 20 minute hygiene appointment is a bit of a rip off! This seems to be a problem since they became part of the My Dentist group.Also be aware that they take a deposit for some bookings.

OK, didnt get a clean, which I'm sure you're entitled to with a check up. Apart from that the Dentist was friendly and I didn't have to stick around long

Alex is a superb dentist - he has performed a number of very tricky procedures on my teeth. His work is highly skilled and he always takes time to explain the options and pros/cons of different choices. I would highly recommend Alex and Mydentist Henfield. My family have been members of the practise for over a decade and continue to receive excellent support for our dental needs, from routine check ups and hygienist work to fillings and broken teeth.

Having an appointment at 2:30 was the only funny thing about needing a tooth removed. Alex and Rosie were professional, kind, helpful and talented, whilst also being prompt and seeing me when I had any complications. The best dentist experience I have had, thank you Alex and Rosie.

Utterly appalling place -rude reception staff & dismal practice -a deposit had to be paid for a future appointment that has been cancelled twice! Now they are struggling with there refund procedure & I?m still waiting for a manager to call - avoid at all costs!

The dentist listened then talked through every option, took an x-ray which gave me a good understanding of how my teeth are structured and helped me decide on which option to go for. I really felt the dentist was genuine and honest.

Through the whole process of having a range of procedures including two implants, the team led by Ben, have been so professional and caring. They have answered all my questions and put me at ease so that a daunting experience was made so much better. I can?t thank them enough for seeing me throughout lockdown in such difficult circumstances. An absolutely amazing team.
