Linda at the Waitrose Haywards Heath deserves a raise. She was so kind to me this morning - calm, patient, and made a great cup of coffee. She even took a moment to chat with me about my car when there were no customers waiting. Thank you, Linda, for being such a lovely person!

First off no clue about the shop, didn?t get anything there but looks big and nice as usual Waitrose.
The cafe is a joke. 8.35 for a bacon roll and coffee, absolute rip off. Bacon roll has been cooked before and heated back up, so the bread is super hot but also super chewy. Bacon also chewy. No sauces offered either but this might be on me. Go to Greggs instead (not sure if there is one local).
